About The Position
Gauzy (NASDAQ: GAUZ) is a world-leading material science company, focused on the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of vision and light control technologies that support safe, sustainable, comfortable, and agile user experiences across various industries.
We are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Manager to join our team and lead marketing communication efforts for our architecture business unit. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both written communication and graphic design, with a focus on creating compelling presentations and one-pagers for our sales team. This position also plans and executes exhibitions and attendance at conferences.
This role requires someone who can think critically about our target audience, craft key messages, and develop content that drives interest in our smart glass products. Experience in firms specializing in building, construction, interior design, or related fields is preferred due to the complex nature of our products.
Gauzy’s Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments, redefining how privacy, shading, and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies tailored to the architecture business unit.
- Plan, execute, and attend multiple trade shows per year.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand target personas and key messages.
- Create high-quality presentations, one-pagers, and other collateral to support sales efforts.
- Craft compelling content that effectively communicates the value proposition of our smart glass products.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication efforts, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing communication.
- This position may require travel. This position is in-person, and not remote.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing communication roles, with a focus on graphic design and content writing
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically and analyze target audience needs
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience in the building, construction, or interior design industry or products that serve these industries is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent English
