We are seeking to hire a talented and ambitious Sales Operations Coordinator that wants to grow with our company.

Gauzy’s Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments, redefining how privacy, shading, and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

Responsibilities

  1. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and follow-up costumer’s calls.
  2. Logistic tasks and overseeing office services such as deliveries, documentations, mail, parking, ordering office supplies, etc.
  3. Working with the Sales and Finance department to:
  • Create proforma invoices for customers according to payment terms and the order’s progress.
  • Following payment receive.
  • Recording payments in Salesforce and coordinating with Finance to approve the SAP order
  • Issuing invoices from SAP.
  • Responsible for the Aging report and collection.
  • Responsible for the bank and credit cards reconciliation reports.

Requirements

  • Finance oriented 
  • QBs, SAP, and Salesforce background – will be a preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
  • Experienced working on a collaborative distributed / Global team
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments and work well under pressure 
  • Quick learner with the ability to multitask 
  • Customer service and communication skills 
  • Flexibility within the daily tasks 
  • Organized with strong attention to details 
  • Open to learning new technologies 
  • A "can do" attitude
