We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic US team. As a key player in our fast-growing company, you will be responsible for managing logistics and coordinating orders within the US market. This position requires a proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Gauzy’s Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments, redefining how privacy, shading, and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the US Sales Team in all aspects of sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in the US and with our headquarters in TLV.
- Manage and track US orders using various platforms, ensuring smooth and timely order processing.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems for order management and coordination.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with the Team, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with Orders timelines, interfacing with different departments like Production, Finance and Logistic teams, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and presenting to the Team and to the Global Sales Operations Manager when needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales operations or in project coordinating (preferred but not essential)
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple departments and teams
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required
- Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- A quick learner with excellent multitasking abilities
- Strong communicator with a customer-centric mindset
- Flexible and open to taking on various tasks as they arise
- Organized, with keen attention to detail
- Strong will to learn new technologies and tools
- Motivated by a “can-do” attitude and a passion for continuous improvement
