We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician (m/w/d) to join the Quality team. You will take an active part in promoting quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the site.

Responsibilities

  • Execute product quality testing, addressing all phases of product development and manufacturing. 
  • Incoming goods inspection planning and Execution according to plan.
  • Accompanying and executing quality tests and checks alongside the technical staff.
  • Laboratory analysis and production release.
  • Management of calibration for measuring devices.
  • Identify and supervise the execution of relevant quality assurance-related training needs for the production team.
  • MRB – Management and tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislations, such as ISO 9001, IATF16949, VDA, while setting them up and maintaining control and documentation procedures in accordance.
  • Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to improve quality. Participation in audits.
  • Data collection and preparation for COAs / COCs.
  • Member of the cross-functional team for automotive core tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.).
  • Process owner for all quality assurance processes.
  • Establish standards and clearly defined quality methods for the owned processes.
  • Risk owner for all quality assurance risks. 

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 Years of quality assurance experience in Production Processes within a manufacturing company
  • Laboratory experience
  • Experience with implementation and administration of quality assurance metrics
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA
  • Familiar with the automotive core tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Project management experience advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools particularly MS Excel
  • High proficiency in written and spoken German (C2) and English (C1)
