Process Development Engineer
About The Position

Our R&D department is looking for a talented Process Development Engineer, to join our Process Development Team. The scope of work includes novel applications development through improvement of our products quality and process yield.

Responsibilities
- Support development and NPI at our production site abroad.
- Analyze defects and establish correlations between the physical properties of liquid mixtures, process parameters, and final product performance.
- Lead development processes with subcontractors to enhance production capabilities.
- Establish new tools for analysis and optimize documentation.
- Collaborate with different teams including R&D, Operation and QA to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- M.Sc. or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, or related fields – is a must
- Hands-on experience in film coating, formulations and mixing equipment – is a must
- Research experience at least in one of the fields of polymer physics/ colloid science/ emulsions/ rheology/ fluid mechanics – is a must
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience– an advantage
- Experience in leading projects and mentoring other engineers/researchers- an advantage
- Willing to travel occasionally to our production site abroad- is a must
- Creative, open-minded, proactive, and self-driven
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
