We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (temporary position- maternity leave replacement) to join our growing global HR team and to be a significant part in building our winning team by finding the best candidates for a variety of positions to support Gauzy's growth.

Responsibilities


  • Manage the full recruiting cycle across a variety of open roles, including - profiling the best candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, interviewing, and acting as a partner in all hiring decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global recruiting teams and managers to design and refine recruiting profiles and hire quality candidates.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies and be an active partner in structuring employer branding.
  • Be an active talent hunter and generate candidate leads by developing and executing a multi-channel sourcing approach, using all possible sources available.
  • Make data-driven decisions, using recruitment system analytics to assess the effectiveness of your sourcing strategies and demonstrate results
  • Support HR projects defined by the department.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in the field of recruiting / talent acquisition.
  • Prior experience in global recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Familiarity with different sourcing tools and understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • proven experience managing E2E hiring process including in depth interviews.
  • A goal-driven and ability to thrive in an international fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
