Gauzy’s Camera Monitor System (CMS) stands out as the top-tier solution in the bus industry, modernizing wing mirrors digitally for 2,300 buses in London’s bus fleet. This innovation implemented in partnership with our partner Journeo, significantly enhances visibility, eliminates blind spots, and minimizes the chances of collisions and mishaps.
Using high-definition digital cameras that automatically adjust for different lighting conditions – such as glare and headlights – our CMS is the driver’s ultimate companion. Onboard software removes any distortion in wet conditions and heaters keep ice, snow and fog at bay.
With critical computing components housed inside the cab, our CMS is compact, reducing the risk of strikes, decreasing drag and improving fuel performance. This also ensures that it is cheaper and easier to replace or repair if it becomes damaged.
