This leading commercial real estate investor sought a multi-functional and ultra-modern upgrade to their conference room. Gauzy’s grey adhesive smart film was installed across 450 sqft of glass transforming this space. Controlled using Lutron Pico, the smart glass switches from transparent to opaque on demand from anywhere in the room. The design upgrade provides management and clients with the flexibility to control their office environment in seconds and enhances the sleek, minimalist feel of the space. Notably, the smart glass is also installed on the acoustic sliding door, ensuring the entire interior glass partitions maintains the same aesthetic.
